Comfortable and absolutely gorgeous hotel located in a nice quiet area next to very close to museums and downtown and all that Indianapolis has to offer. Quiet & huge rooms with jacuzzi tub.

I got great value for my money at this cute B&B. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The staff, especially Gary, treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and convenient.

The morning meal could use some improvements, maybe by offering more variety or adding some unique dishes to the menu.

location: the hotel was close to indianapolis for a weekend getaway with another couple. got well-appointed and fairly quiet room with a fireplace when arrived, enjoyed that.

My daughter and I loved being there. The breakfasts were delicious and great with bagels and banana bread, for example and great service. Booked a room with a fireplace. The setting was incredible, close enough to resteraunts, many restaurants, and downtown.

My husband and I couldn't have picked a better place for a weekend getaway. The host, Gary, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel like family. The house itself is a beautiful and historic gem. We loved the homey feel and the availability of movies and snacks. The location is great and the parking is easy and free. The breakfast was amazing, and Gary took care of everything to make our stay perfect.

I have to mention the delicious breakfast with bagels, fresh fruit, toast.

I was very happy with the fairly quiet room, that was complete with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, the bedroom. The location of the hotel was central, close to downtown and Butler, and museums and resteraunts.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in downtown Indy. The owner was warm and welcoming, and the original architecture of the home was stunning. The food was absolutely amazing, and I loved the interesting conversations I had with the owner. The manager, Danny, provided exceptional service and attention to detail throughout my stay, from personalized breakfast options to extending my checkout time. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center but still peacefully tucked away. I highly recommend this gem for a comfortable, unique experience.

The location is marvellous and fantastic, very close to downtown and all that Indianapolis has to offer, Indianapolis for a weekend getaway with another couple, and very close to museums, you cannot beat it.

Greatly enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend. Interesting fairly clean hotel and staff was exceptionally nice and great. The rooms were delightful with exceptionally comfortable beds and excellent breakfasts. The property's location was marvellous, in the older part of town.
